Role Description

- site role located in Lisbon for a Case Manager at Pension Redemption. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing pension refund claims, communicating with clients to gather necessary information, coordinating with relevant authorities, and ensuring timely processing of refunds.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in customer service or case management
• Proficiency in relevant software or tools for case management
• Fluency in German and English languages is a must
• Knowledge of German pension regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
