Location: Lisbon | Position: 100% On-site (NOTE: all certificates must be attached to the application to be considered) MULTIVISION is not just a company; it's an experience! We are seeking a Captain Waiter to join our team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee the maintenance and optimization of our facilities, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Additionally, the position involves managing catering services, overseeing wine club activities, and providing exceptional experiences that foster employee engagement and client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

1. Oversee the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior spaces, including offices, meeting rooms, and recreational areas.
2. Supervise the maintenance and repair of shared spaces, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for employees and guests.
3. Supervise construction, renovations, and layout changes, ensuring updated plans and documentation.
4. Prepare reports on maintenance, repairs, and safety for management’s action plans.
5. Lead and support the team, fostering development and achieving defined objectives.
6. Plan and coordinate catering services, coffee breaks, and meal services in cooperation with the internal Chef.
7. Organize and oversee corporate events, including meetings, conferences, and internal celebrations.
8. Manage inventory control for catering supplies and facility resources, ensuring proper stock levels.
9. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to deliver
   - quality experiences.
10. Manage and support activities related to the internal wine club, fostering relationships with internal and external clients, and creating networking opportunities.
11. Oversee and coordinate lunch reservations for wine club members, ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience.
12. Assist in table service when necessary, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to established quality standards.
13. Apply expertise in wine and bar service techniques, contributing to a professional environment for
    - related events and gatherings.
14. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational goals and employee experience initiatives.
15. Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations and implement appropriate workplace security measures.

Required Skills and Competencies

1. Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, including experience in catering, event planning, and facilities management.
3. Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
4. Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
5. Familiarity with Workplace Safety Standards.
6. Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset.
7. Demonstrable aptitude in
