ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and lead the execution of strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Manage the

- end process of marketing campaigns, including budgeting, timeline management, and creative direction. - Ensure campaigns are properly communicated across
- app and external channels. - Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce compelling and
- brand marketing materials. - Utilize various marketing channels (email, social media, content marketing) to maximize campaign reach and impact.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns; use data to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine campaign strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team, product development, and other internal departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Propose initiatives for optimizations of campaigns and internal processes.
- Manage the marketing budget for campaigns, ensuring all initiatives are
- effective and deliver strong returns.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in E-Commerce, FMCG, or Saa
S environment. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e. g. , Google Analytics, Hub
Spot). - Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with other teams.
- Agile
