Position Summary

The NBS Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) is looking for a Campaign Deployment Specialist to provide a good customer experience for all Nestlé's clients by deploying the campaigns of the brands and work on different communication channels.

A day in the life of. . .

1. Work with the Nestlé’s brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy;
2. HTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessary;
3. Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool;
4. Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands;
5. Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability;
6. Monitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reports;
7. Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI’s;
8. Build effective relationships with internal and external international stakeholders.

1. Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar;
2. Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (eg. Mail
   Chimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, etc. );
3. Knowledge of HTML or CSS;
4. Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
5. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;
6. Good analytical skills;
7. Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus);
8. Passion for the Digital Marketing field.
