Mission

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain solutions in. NET environment using C# and. NET;

• Build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code;

• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;

• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address those issues;

• Help maintain code quality and organization;

Contribute to continuous improvement

• Development using a craftsman approach,
• Participation in the team's community of best practices,
• Innovation and implementation of quality products.

Participation in agile projects

• Mentoring,
• Active contribution to agile events,
• Proposals for
  -
  - day optimization.

Technical Skills

• Experience in. NET Framework 4, NET 6, NET 8, NET Standard
• Angular is a plus
• Experience with C# for backend application programming
• Knowledge in SOLID principles and design patterns
• Coding according to good practices, enforcing them in Pull Request approvals
• Unit and integration testing experience
• Ability to own problems and being a team player
• Distributed services knowledge
• Kafka knowledge
• Agile & craftmanship mindset.

Technical Stack

• C# for frontend and backend,

• SQL Server as DB,

• NUnit as a framework for unit testing,

• Elastic and Kibana used for Metrics and logs,

• Sonar for tracking dev quality,

• Checkmarx for tracking dev security,

• Azure
Devops CI/CD,

• XLDeploy and XLRelease for deployments,

• GIT as repository,

• Control-M for task scheduling,

• Jira for SCRUM management,

• Confluence for documentation.

Language

• Proficiency in spoken and written English, minimum B2 (mandatory),

• Knowledge of French is highly valued but not mandatory.

Location

The project will be hybrid in Porto, Portugal.
