- edge solutions. They seek a C/C++ Embedded Systems - Team Leader to join their agile, rapidly expanding, and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive the creation, development, and deployment of embedded solutions.
2. Perform
   - depth technical assessments of new requirements, ensuring smooth integration with current systems.
3. Manage the upkeep and enhancement of the existing codebase.
4. Collaborate with both national and international stakeholders to guarantee project success.
5. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
6. Deliver projects on time, ensuring alignment with quality standards and organizational objectives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience.
2. At least 7 years of proven experience in C/C++ software development.
3. Expertise with My
   SQL databases and familiarity with Linux operating environments.
4. Knowledge of Python programming is highly valued.
5. Strong enthusiasm for software development, architecture, and engineering.
6. Excellent leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach.
7. Highly driven, with excellent
   - management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
8. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Practical experience in developing and integrating embedded systems.
2. Familiarity with communication protocols is advantageous.
3. Skilled in Agile methodologies and tools, including Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
