What will you do?

Work in the development of applications using C/C++ for a
- leading company in the scientific instrumentation industry.

What do we expect from you?

Mandatory:

• A University degree in an ICT or Physics-related fields;
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a C/C++ Developer;
• Experience with C++ (C++98 to C++20);
• Experience with CMake basic concepts;
• Experience with basic Linux usage;
• Experience with basic git commands;
• Willingness to learn and adopt best practices and emerging technologies and solutions;
• Team spirit and orientation towards excellence;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Plus:

• Experience using design patterns, namely "active objects";
• Experience in using several compilers in Linux and Windows environments, namely MSVC, gcc, and clang;
• Experience in the usage and configuration of Visual Studio and/or VSCode for compilation, in Windows, Linux, and other platforms (cross-compiling, remote debugging, etc. . . );
• Experience with Qt/QML;
• Containerization: Docker, Podman.

Where and when

You need to be based in Portugal, preferably Lisbon or Coimbra.

From April on, upon selection.
