We are looking for Italian fluent candidates in Porto, to become part of a joyful team of content reviewers!

responsabilidades chave

You will analyze and filter content in German; it can be videos, photos, GIFs, texts - any type of content in Italian submitted by users to the social media platform

You will ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs')

You will maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services

You will protect the data of the customer and make sure that the compliance process is followed

competências

Italian fluent candidates living in the city of Porto (Italian level native/C1 minimum)

Good English skills

Availability to work
- site in the city center of Porto (not possible to work remotely)

Availability to be flexible with working hours, and be able to grab a working shift 24/7 (including weekends and night shifts - you will always have 2 days off during a 7-day span)

Great attention to detail and work ethics

Good communication skills and attention to the guidelines
