We are seeking a motivated Buyer to manage our local supply chain within electronics (EMS). The candidate will be responsible for purchasing electronic components to support our operations in Denmark. In cooperation with Sourcing and Engineering, you will take part in EOL, LTB investigations, negotiations and calculations in cooperation with various stakeholders, supporting improvement projects & price negotiations and handling of various RFQs.

Responsibilities:

1. Procure electronic components and services from suppliers through ERP system.
2. Monitor purchase order & order confirmation matches.
3. Monitor pending invoices and releasing process.
4. Rescheduling in/out and cancellation of orders if required.
5. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
6. Participate in weekly meetings.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
8. Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality is in accordance to specifications.
9. Support Sourcing in negotiation of prices with suppliers to ensure
   - efficiency.
