Funciones

The candidate will join the IT&Facilities Department as Business Support and Middleware Technician. The main responsibilities will be:

• Level 1-2 support task, IT equipment platform and stock management (always supported by remote team).
• Knowledge of middleware support and business tools (CRM Dynamics, Power
  Automate, Power
  Apps, Corporative Excel and VBA based templates, Power
  Bi, . . . )

Requisitos

• Windows Server Management
• Linux Server Management (Debian, Suse, Red
  Hat, Ubuntu)
• Experience with 365 environment management (ENTRA ID, Intune, Sharepoint, Exchange, Defender, . . . )
• Experience with virtualization environment management (VMware, XEN, Hyper
  V)
• Basic knowledge in networking (Cisco, Fortigate)
• Deployments of new systems and services
• Middleware and business tools support knowledge (CRM Dynamics, Power
  Automate, Power
  Apps, Corporative Templates based on excel and VBA, Power
  Bi, . . . )
• Troubleshooting
• Execution of preventive maintenance plans.
• IT/hardware stock management
• Help and support management for users.
