Funciones:

The candidate will join the IT & Facilities Department as Business Support and Middleware Technician. The main responsibilities will be:

1. Level 1-2 support tasks, IT equipment platform and stock management (always supported by remote team).
2. Knowledge of middleware support and business tools (CRM Dynamics, Power Automate, Power Apps, Corporative Excel and VBA based templates, Power BI, . . . ).

Requisitos:

1. Windows Server Management.
2. Linux Server Management (Debian, Suse, Red
   Hat, Ubuntu).
3. Experience with 365 environment management (ENTRAID, Intune, Share
   Point, Exchange, Defender, . . . ).
4. Experience with virtualization environment management (VMware, XEN, Hyper
   V).
5. Basic knowledge in networking (Cisco, Fortigate).
6. Deployments of new systems and services.
7. Middleware and business tools support knowledge (CRM Dynamics, Power Automate, Power Apps, Corporative Templates based on excel and VBA, Power BI, . . . ).
8. Troubleshooting.
9. Execution of preventive maintenance plans.
10. IT/hardware stock management.
11. Help and support management for users.
