- how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience
2. Experience in identifying, modeling and optimizing business processes
3. Experience in public administration processes, preferably knowledge of the Functional Macrostructure/consolidated List
4. Experience with automation/dematerialization of processes/document management tools
5. Solid knowledge in process modeling techniques with BPMN 2. 0
6. Experience in user training and in the elaboration of materials
7. Knowledge of core Information Security and Risk standards related to IT Risk, Audit, Cybersecurity, IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (equivalent to ISO 27000)
8. Good communication skills with clients, autonomous in the preparation of work and management meetings
9. Ability to analyze data and interpret results to identify opportunities for improvement
