Cloud Application Services Delivery Center EMEA MEE belongs to Adoption Services Center (ASC) focusing on Application Services for customers. We provide SLA-based,
- specific
- implementation support, optimization, and improvements in the run phase for SAP solutions.

We are seeking a Process Consultant (f/m/d) for SAP Logistics for Cloud Application Services Delivery Center EMEA/MEE within the CAS Family.

Your tasks are as follows:

• Understand customer’s requirements and provide solutions
• Implement changes in alignment with business processes & solution architecture
• Analyze and resolve application incidents
• Plan and perform maintenance of customer systems
• Identify potential improvements
• Address customer challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in IT & Business Management, Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of
  - on experience in SAP Solution Area Logistics (e. g. SD, PM, PP, e
  WM)
• Experience in full cycle implementation in SAP Logistics
• Customer orientation, result driven and execution focus
• Fluency in English
