Role Description

As Business Manager, you will be responsible for assure the daily business operations, which includes new business and client relationship management, analyzing business performance, and manage a team of IT consultants. This role is ideal for someone people oriented, with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and act as point of contact for clients
• Monitor client satisfaction and contribute to
  - term relationship building
• Gather and analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in IT market
• Recruit and select IT Consultants for your business unit, together with a team of recruiters
• Facilitate communication between Hexa, clients and consultants
• Resolve any internal or
  - facing challenges related to project delivery

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
• Understanding of IT outsourcing or consulting services
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a
  - paced environment
• A proactive and
  - solving attitude
• Proficiency in English
