Business Manager
At Optimissa Portugal, we are looking for a Business Manager to join our team at our Lisbon offices.
About Optimissa:
Optimissa is a global consulting firm specializing in financial and insurance sectors. In Portugal, we provide strategic consulting, software development, and cloud solutions.
What your day to day will be like:
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities aligned with our growth objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Key Requirements:
Experience: at least 2-3 years in sales and project management. Prior experience in banking or insurance is not essential but considered a bonus.
Education: Degree in Business or Engineering, with a solid understanding of technology (specifically IT services).
Languages: High proficiency in English, with Spanish as a plus.
