Profile

• Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or similar;
• Empathic, focused, willing to learn and thrive in the commercial area;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good communication skills and native in Portuguese with fluency in English;
• Living in the Lisbon area with availability for
  - site work (Lisbon - Expo) and to visit clients;

Key Responsibilities

• Market prospection, scheduling meetings, working on client’s technical needs;
• Source and attract top IT talent through various channels;
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and evaluate qualifications;
• Manage the

  - end recruitment process and candidate pipelines;
• Management of client’s technical needs and consultant’s team;
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends;
• Proven experience as an IT Manager;
