The RISK Portugal Hub Business Management & Communications Trainee supports in all topics requiring transversal coordination or consolidation of information such as HR, Facilities, Finance, or community management. Topics may include analysis and elaboration of various reports and presentations used by the Management in internal committees and staff presentations. In its Communications role, the trainee supports the organization of internal events, such as staff gatherings and
- halls, including the consolidation and harmonization of the presentations and the satisfaction surveys. It also includes updating information in the Share
Points and other repositories.
Your Main Activities Are
- Support the leadership of the scope on their daily activities or projects.
- Perform research and actively support ongoing transversal projects and initiatives.
- Support to the deliverables and processes on Finance, HR, Operational Permanent Control, Business Continuity, Management, and other related to the management of a department within BNP Paribas.
- Develop and own data models, for example in Excel or Share
Point, with the purpose of consolidating data, analyzing them, and reporting them in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions. - Contribute to the development or maintenance of new data models in a large range of activities, such as budget monitoring, space management, monitoring of recruitment, results of internal surveys, among others.
- Support in preparing workshops or meetings with internal clients.
- Support in managing the internal communities, with the organization of events, management of internal sites, and sharing of information via mailing lists.
- Support in following up and implementing continuous improvement or new projects that benefit and improve the management of the scope.
- Support to maintain the knowledge management and audit trail processes.
- Support in the yearly budget process and in following up the budget.
- Support in the management of the portfolio of projects within its scope of teams.
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Financial Analysis and Advisory, Marketing and Communications, Administrative Support, or similar.
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral.
- Knowledge in MS Office Pack (Excel, Power
Point). - Attention to detail and rigor.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
- Communication skills, both written and oral.
- Creativity and innovation, along with
- solving skills.
