Business Improver, Lisboa
A vacancy for Business Improver has arisen within Procurement Operations & Support Team. You will join General Procurement (GP) and will work in the domain of Supply Chain and Quality to improve the maturity of our suppliers and ensure their compliance to main regulations.
Fully integrated in the Airbus Procurement organization, GP’s mission is to procure a large range of goods and services on behalf of the entire Group (Airbus Commercial, Airbus Defense and Space, Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Atlantic): Manufacturing technologies products and services (Assembly lines, Jigs & tools, logistics and transport services, industrial maintenance, etc. ), Engineering & consulting services, IT products & services, Real estate & Facility management.
GP Supply Chain and Quality organization is controlling & surveying GP Supply Chain and is accountable of the following main missions:
- Ensure global suppliers performance on quality, on time to meet Business requirements.
- Ensure compliance of GP suppliers to main regulation and Airbus requirements.
- Proactively develop suppliers to avoid structural supplier issues, to secure and continuously improve supply chain performance.
Within GP Supply Chain and Quality organization, your main tasks and responsibilities will cover two main missions contributing to Airbus suppliers compliance to Environment/R&S obligations and compliance to airworthiness obligations (DOA/POA).
1) Coordination of R&S (Responsibility and Sustainability) activities under GP Supply Chain and Quality responsibility:
- Define and formalize R&S suppliers control & surveillance process in link with Sustainable Supply Chain Roadmap objectives.
- Coordinate all R&S initiatives within GP Supply Chain and Quality.
- Interface with P and other stakeholders in charge of R&S initiatives and process.
- Coordinate Reach (MDF) substance data collection.
- Participate to Environment and other Substances related projects impacting GP suppliers.
- R&S Ecovadis assessments: steer the related suppliers action plan in collaboration with commodities and SCQMs.
- CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project): steer the related suppliers action plan in collaboration with commodities and SCQMs.
- Collect and update KPIs relative to GP R&S targets and deliver monthly reports on R&S (for Supply Chain Quality scope).
2) CLIP process and tool expert:

LIP (Contractual List Integrated Platform) is a collaborative tool shared with suppliers enabling the cascade and the compliance management of mandatory Quality requirements and associated procedural documentation from the creation of baselines to the supplier compliance verification.

LIP expert, mastering both End to End process and Tool from the requirements baselines creation, customization of contractual requirements lists (c
ARL), collaboration with suppliers, check of compliance.
- Support SCQMs and buyers in their daily usage of c
LIP for their contracts. - Develop appropriate guidelines or awareness material.
- Perform awareness sessions.
- Monitor adherence to ensure each contract of CFT A/C related (submitted to DOA/POA obligations) is covered by a c
ARL in c
LIP.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3-5 years experience in one of the following areas: Quality, Supply chain management, Procurement.
- Digital background (Google apps, . . . ) with tools improvement mindset governance.
- Communication and change management skills.
- Be customer focused, understand priorities.
- Be structured and organized.
- Ability to convince.
- Good stakeholder management.
- Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement.
- A degree in Business, Technical or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Shows a lot of rigor and concentration at work.
- Fluency in English sufficient to fully engage in discussions with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
