Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Engage inbound leads from web inquiries, live chats, and phone calls, assessing their needs and qualifying them for the sales team.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, Linked
In, and other channels to reach new potential customers. - Build rapport with prospects by understanding their business needs and educating and challenging them with valuable insights.
- Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
- Pipeline Building & Appointment Setting:
- Schedule product demonstrations and initial meetings between qualified prospects and our Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts and improve lead conversion.
- Prospect Research & Data Management:
- Research target accounts and identify key
- makers using internal tools, Linked
In, and other databases. - Maintain and enrich our CRM system with accurate prospect data, ensuring the sales team has the right information.

- Track and nurture leads that are not yet ready to buy, keeping Core
Media top of mind until the right moment arises. - Support the creation of tailored outreach strategies for our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts.

Education & Experience:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years in sales, business development, or a related role).
- Experience in a Saa
S or B2B environment is a plus.
Languages:
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Spanish proficiency is valued.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

- driven – comfortable with outbound outreach and handling rejection. - Problem-solving mindset – able to quickly understand prospect needs and align them with Core

Tech Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems (e. g. , Salesforce, Hub
Spot) is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point, Outlook).
