Business Development Manager(CCTV)
TP-Link Portugal is seeking B2B sales to help continuously growth in the Enterprise Security and Enterprise Networking Business Unit. TP-Link target to look for a driven, dynamic, and ambitious professional to further enhance the depth and breadth of CCTV channel management. Base on networking and security
- stop solution, this will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the business moving forwards.
Position Overview: As BDM, you will represent a pivotal role in developing our business mainly in CCTV and security channel. You will be responsible for recruitment of new CCTV
- added distributor and key account partner, corporate with vertical sales and territory manager to dig B2B industry business(CCTV VAD as focus, B2B
- disti and CCTV KA partner included).
Job Description:
- Overall Security vertical business development, develop and implement sales targets and improve CCTV channel coverage. Identify and nature potential
- added distributor within the security territory, focus on CCTV VAD, CCTV system integrator and B2B Sub-disti.
- Drive and motivate managed account to sell our completed

- one solution(mainly Business Wi
Fi+CCTV), grow Inhouse share with managed partners.
- Lead project flow internally and externally, organize and check
- party cooperation step and ensure timeline control and supply achievement.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams, including
- sales, vertical sales, marketing and technical support to deliver completed solution service and brand value.
- Keep involvement with and insight into security and CCTV industry trends, competitor actions and market news, and align to
- making;
- Summarize and present the responsible sales report.
We are looking for:
- Proven sales experience in the security sectors (CCTV related industry experience as an advantage).
- In-dept with B2B partners and good understanding of B2B market within the dedicated
- security,
- known engagement of local distributor and partners and know how on
- off business with new account.
- Target oriented to achieve and exceed sales targets, ownership and independent ability to deal with project case and ensure local business operation runs well.
- Min 3 years field sales experience in designed vertical is required, ready for mapping visit with potential CCTV disti and KA partners, stay with and listen to B2B partner and customer in daily work.
- Experience in project management and updating account pipeline and database.
- Full clean driving license.
