Business Development Manager for the International Business Unit (m/f)

Responsibilities:

1. Management and promotion of the client portfolio in international markets;
2. Prospecting and evaluating potential clients in international markets;
3. Analyzing new business opportunities;
4. Supporting the development and implementation of the internationalization strategy;
5. Monitoring all processes allocated to clients;
6. Organizing and preparing meetings with clients;
7. Managing the export process;
8. Participating in international fairs.

Qualifications:

1. Academic background in Management or a similar field;
2. International experience in Export/Commercial areas (preferred);
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Excellent analytical and negotiation abilities;
5. Results and
   - oriented;
6. Experience in presentations/exhibitions for audiences;
7. Availability to travel nationally and internationally;
8. Teamwork oriented;
9. Proficiency in English (mandatory);
10. Proficiency in Office (Excel, Power
    Point, Word, Outlook).
