Business Development Manager (M/F)

We are looking to reinforce our team with a Business Development Manager (M/F)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Play a role in the execution of the In-licensing portfolio strategy, together with other members of the In-licensing team;
- Identifying and assessing new business opportunities and new partnerships;
- Preparation of business cases;
- Negotiate
- term collaborations, including commercial and financial terms; - Revise and negotiate licensing and supply agreements, in collaboration with legal team;
- Participate in the definition and implementation of a
- cycle management strategy for the products within Tecnimede Group’s Portfolio; - Qualify and rationalize partners, defining preferential suppliers, based on criteria such as quality, delivery, cost, service, amongst others;
- Coordinate multidisciplinary projects involving business development, technical, marketing, logistic, and finance teams;
- Maintain a specialized level of knowledge on the industry trends, market dynamics, competitive landscape, as well as existing and emerging technologies.
About you:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in within Business Development (either In-Licensing or Out-licensing), B2B Key Account Management or similar areas in the pharmaceutical industry;
- Degree in pharmaceutical sciences, management, or similar areas;
- Mandatory: Fluent in English and either Portuguese or Spanish. Other idioms will be valued;
- Good knowledge of the licensing environment and processes within pharma;
- Overall understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain;
- Experienced with investment valuation, market analysis, and forecasting;
- Familiar with negotiation of contractual terms;
- Ability to build relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Goal oriented;
- Demonstrated strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines;
- Flexibility to travel up to 10%.
