- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, deal negotiation, and closing. Develop a
- balanced sales pipeline that prioritizes
- quality opportunities, delivering strong conversion rates to exceed revenue targets. - Localised Go-to-Market Strategy: Build and execute a tailored

- market framework for the launch of an innovative financial services product. Ensure sales processes and funnels align seamlessly with your efforts to drive adoption and maximize market penetration. - Product Optimization: Collaborate with external technology partners to refine and optimize the financial services product, ensuring it remains competitive,
- focused, and aligned with the evolving needs of businesses. - Strategic Client Engagement: Design and implement outreach strategies to build meaningful relationships with
- makers at large businesses. Highlight the unique value proposition of the financial services product to secure new accounts and
- term partnerships. - Sales Performance and Growth: Achieve and surpass sales goals by leveraging the benefits of an uncapped commission scheme. Continuously refine your approach to identify, engage, and convert potential customers in key financial markets.
- Customer Feedback and Product Evolution: Act as a critical link between the market and the Product team, providing actionable insights to enhance the financial services offering and ensure it meets the demands of new and existing customers.
What we expect
About you:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a
- paced B2B sales role, with strong professional expertise in selling business and/or financial services to businesses of all sizes. Having a degree is advantageous. - You’re passionate about sales and consistently achieve ambitious targets, driven by a
- oriented mindset and a commitment to exceeding expectations. - You have a proven track record of sourcing and successfully closing
- market clients and excel in driving revenue growth. - You can effectively communicate in English and Portuguese, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You demonstrate a highly
- driven, analytical mindset and are an experienced CRM user (preferably Salesforce) who can examine data to optimise your activities. - Your
- on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to challenges and a strong sense of ownership. - Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!
