Job Purpose:
Business Development for Cradlepoint (part of Ericsson)willact as internal support to the vendor business lead to drive profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.
Responsabilities:
Engages with the Business Unit. Acts aligned with the strategy from the vendor and develops business with the rest of the countries.
Support development ofstrategies and ideasto assist business growth.
Ownership forbuilding an accurate and detailed pipelineof deals within the Company's CRM system.
Weeklyreporting to the vendoron
- out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline.
Supportexecution of business plansas required by the business development manager.
Supportexecution of marketing plansas required by the Marketing Manager.
Identifytraining opportunitieswithin customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly.
Thepoint of escalationfor customer care issues from the sales floor.
Communicateproduct information, pricing, special offers and promotionsto customers and the internal sales teams.
Run call out dayson the sales floor and/or the Business Unit sales teams.
Engage directly with customersdepending on role requirements.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager.
Someone who also has very strongcommunicationskills, both oral and written and good emotional intelligence.
The ideal person for this role should have 2+ years ofexperience in the IT industrywith channel and/or vendor at a business development level, ideally from a sales or product marketing background and have a clear understanding and strong orientation towards andexperience in services and solution sellingwith strategic planning and business case development skills and experience.
Someone who is able to create and conduct formal presentations and interact effectively with all levels of management, negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively, while at the same timethinking outside of the box.
Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
Build solid, effective working relationships with others.
Excel and Power Pointskills.
Experience with
IT Industry (Security vendors will be a plus).
High level of
English(Required) Other EU Languages (a plus).
