Bedrock is hiring a Business Development & Onboarding Manager that will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the business. You will be responsible for driving and elaborating smooth and efficient sales & onboarding processes to help the company achieve ambitious goals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Development & Onboarding Manager, you will :
Business Development
- Lead and coordinate RFP processes by collaborating with different departments (e. g. Product, Delivery or Legal teams). You will be the bid manager ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness at all stages of the different projects.
- Elaborate full commercial proposals ensuring projects' profitability in a very challenging and competitive market.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and industry events. Team up with your Marketing colleagues to develop targeted campaigns that bring in qualified leads.
- Create and maintain sales pitch presentations, case studies and product overviews to show off the value and capabilities of our
- edge solutions.
- Stay on top of emerging trends, competitors, and major players in the B2B streaming ecosystem.
Client Onboarding
- Collaborate with the VP Growth Strategy & Onboarding to design and refine onboarding processes that fit each client’s unique requirements.
- Own the

- end onboarding process, liaising between internal teams (Product, Delivery, Tech) and external stakeholders to guarantee a smooth transition.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead
- depth workshops for new clients
WHAT WE’ RE LOOKING FOR
- 1-3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, partnerships, strategic account management or related roles in a technology, Saa
S, or media company.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across internal and external teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to clearly convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset, with experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Proven track record with RFP processes and developing commercial proposals.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Airtable and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of the B2B streaming ecosystem or digital media market is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a
- paced, international environment.
