What you will do in this role

As a Business Developer on our team, you will:

1. Achieve specific sales targets and maximizing sale opportunities on each and every call
2. Use
   - scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs
3. Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures
4. Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual sales goals and other Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’)
5. Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
6. Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
7. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

1. Are proficient or bilingual in French plus advanced English
2. Have high school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred
3. Can communicate effectively both written and verbally
4. Have basic computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
