Responsibilities
- Main responsible for Business requirement gathering, User Story writing, and leading User Story refinement / Solution design efforts within the team. Able to build small prototypes and
- ups as part of refinement efforts.
- Work together with Stakeholders during the Acceptance stage of solutions to guarantee successful delivery
- Proactively capture and understand Business processes and suggest improvements to the Data Platform that benefit the organization

Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years working as a Business Data Analyst / Business Analyst
- Background on Management is highly valued
- Previous exposure to Data projects within the domains of Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis
Role Description Skills:
Technical skills
- Data Architecture / Data Modelling knowledge
- Python Programming for Data
- Expert in Data Analysis / SQL Programming
- Understanding of REST APIs / SOAP APIs ( ability to read / understand technical specifications)
- Experienced in Microsoft Power BI (ability to design prototypes to support requirements)Soft Skills
- Fluent in English (Writing, Reading, Speaking)
- Team worker
- Delivery focused mindset
- Experience in working within Agile Teams
- Expert communicator with Business Stakeholders
- Ability to translate requirements to team engineers at a technical level
- Act as Data Platform evangelist in the organization and assume a deputy Product Owner role
