As a first step, we are transforming our main plant to be one of the most efficient in Europe, with a 20% reduction in CO2 emissions, a 20% increase in energy efficiency, and a 30% production of its energy.

Do what you do best:

1. Preparing income and expense reports for various Business Units, ensuring accuracy, control, and timely delivery of results;
2. Performing strategic analysis, providing valuable insights to the Executive Committee and Business Unit leaders, understanding the drivers of actual results compared to the Plan and Forecast;
3. Manage the financial planning processes, strategically capturing events that impact the business and anticipating changes;
4. Accompanying and supporting the Business Units in exceeding financial targets, through
   - depth analysis, strategic planning, and a keen eye for opportunities for improvement;
5. Report directly to the Planning and Management Control Coordinator, and the main internal customer will be the Executive Board.

You’ll bring with you:

1. Degree in Management, Economics, or similar areas;
2. Proficiency in tools such as SAP and Advanced Excel;
3. Dynamic, innovative profile with a leadership spirit, capable of positively influencing teams, clients, and stakeholders;
4. Curiosity and agility in learning new systems and processes, with a proactive attitude towards challenges and constant evolution;
5. Fluency in Portuguese and English.
