ROLE AND LOCATION

Business Controller to be part of our financial team and work closely with our Operations team.

The chosen candidate will work at our office in Mortágua.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS:

• Finance Controlling

• Monthly reporting for Business Units

• Business support

• Working Capital – WIP / Debtors

• Controlling of projects/calculation
- up in general

• Preparation of budgets and
- up

• Prepare updated Forecast quarterly

• Preparation of internal reporting for major projects

• Participation and completion of monthly and annual accounts

• Cost analyses

• Develop and report on KPI’s & Power BI

• Ad hoc tasks

• Cooperation

• Monthly figures and monthly reporting to MYAG (HQ in Germany)

• Weekly meeting with the project department following up on WIP / Invoicing

• Per request support in the calculation process (sale - project)

• Meetings with sales department and operations in relation to monthly pipeline update (margins YTD and forward)

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 10+ years controlling experience;
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/management/economics;
• English proficiency (C1);
• Experience in team management is a plus;
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases;
• Excellent organizational,
  - solving, and communication skills.
