Business Continuity Plan Implementation and Review Specialist

We are looking for an Business Continuity Plan Implementation and Review Specialist!
Responsabilities:
1. Development and Implementation:
- Develop and implement the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in compliance with ISO 22301 and ISO 27001.
- Identify and document critical business processes and the resources required for their continuity.
- Collaborate with different departments or directorates to ensure that all critical aspects of the business are covered by the BCP.
2. Business Impact Analysis (BIA):
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify and assess the potential impacts of disruptions on critical processes.
- Determine recovery requirements and acceptable recovery times for each critical process.
- 3. Risk Management:
- Identify, assess and document risks that could affect business continuity.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
4. Training and Awareness:
- Develop and conduct training and Awareness programs on business continuity for all employees and stakeholders in the execution of projects.
- Ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities in the event of a disruption.
5. Tests and exercises:
- Plan and execute regular NCP tests and exercises, including drills, to ensure their effectiveness.
- Develop realistic scenarios that could impact critical business processes, including different types of incidents such as IT failures, natural disasters and
- attacks. - Conduct tabletop exercises, functional exercises and
- scale exercises to test the integrated response of all teams and systems. - Document the results of tests and drills, analyze the results and implement improvements based on lessons learned.
- Ensure that tests and drills are aligned with ISO 22301 and ISO 27001.
6. Review and Continuous Improvement:
- Regularly review and update the BCP to reflect changes in business processes, technology and the risk environment.
- Implement a continuous improvement cycle to ensure that the BCP remains relevant and effective.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Risk Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business continuity management, risk management or related areas.
- Experience in conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and continuity tests.
- Certifications in Business Continuity Management (e. g. CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer) and Information Security (e. g. ISO 27001 Lead Implementer) are desirable.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing Business Continuity Plans.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 22301 and ISO 27001.
- Analytical and
- solving skills. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proactivity and results orientation.
