Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Service
Now Business Analyst to join our growing team.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and
  - functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for Service
  Now development.
• Conduct workshops and
  - gathering sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Analyze and map current and future business processes using Service
  Now best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration of existing systems with the Service
  Now platform.
• Provide functional and technical support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Service
  Now Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Service
  Now platform and its capabilities.
• Experience with gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Service
  Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus.
