Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Service
Now Business Analyst to join our growing team.

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and
   - functional requirements.
2. Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for Service
   Now development.
3. Conduct workshops and
   - gathering sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
4. Analyze and map current and future business processes using Service
   Now best practices.
5. Ensure seamless integration of existing systems with the Service
   Now platform.
6. Provide functional and technical support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience as a Service
   Now Business Analyst.
3. Strong understanding of Service
   Now platform and its capabilities.
4. Experience with gathering and analyzing business requirements.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience with Agile methodologies.
7. Fluency in English is mandatory.
8. Service
   Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus.
