Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Service
Now Architect to join our growing team.

1. Design and architect Service
   Now solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
2. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
3. Develop and maintain architectural standards, governance, and best practices for the platform.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
5. Ensure seamless integration between Service
   Now and other enterprise systems, leveraging APIs and integration methods.
6. Oversee platform upgrades, system performance, and enhancements, ensuring optimal functionality.
7. Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of Service
   Now implementations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Service
   Now Architect.
3. Deep understanding of Service
   Now platform architecture and capabilities.
4. Experience with integrating Service
   Now with other systems.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
7. Service
   Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
