Job Purpose:

The Strategic Project Finance Manager will oversee the financial aspects of global transformation projects, ensuring maintenance of the business cases via budget adherence, cost analysis, and providing financial guidance to program and project managers as well as relevant stakeholders. This role will be instrumental in driving financial transparency and optimizing cost efficiency across the transformation journey.

Core Responsabilities:

• Develop and maintain project business cases in collaboration with the transformation and transition project teams, assessing the financial and operational impact of supplier agreements.
• Design and implement tools and
  - term processes for managing business cases, ensuring seamless coordination among multiple stakeholders, including Project Teams, Country Teams, IT, People & Culture, Procurement, Tax, Finance, and Internal Control.
• Ensure financial milestones are met by working closely with
  - functional teams.
• Support Project teams in preparing
  - term strategic plans, assessing opportunities for cost optimization, savings, and productivity improvements at different project stages (initiation,
  - up, transition, stabilization, and optimization).
• Track and monitor project budgets, including expense tracking, cost forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual expenditures, providing key insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement standardized financial frameworks and modeling techniques to enhance project transparency and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with global financial policies and standards by liaising with Global teams and stakeholders.
• Provide operational support, addressing inquiries and resolving financial issues in accordance with Global Finance guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 year experience working on global projects or within multinational teams.
• Proved strong business partnering experience with
  - functional teams.
• Prior experience in audit or consulting is a plus.
