Main Responsibilities

1. Collaborate and help the development and acceptance teams, providing important
   - level information of a requirement, to reach a macro effort figure.
2. Gather and define functional requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, use cases, scenarios, and business analysis to identify functional solutions.
3. Cooperate with all the stakeholders (internal and external) to establish the functional and technical vision and analyze
   - offs between usability, performance needs and/or core product strategies.
4. Raise alerts, detect risks, or identify new (commercial) needs when defining new functional requirements.
5. Produce and present the necessary functional documentation to the other teams.
6. Update the product manual.
7. Provide functional support and help to solve potential issues in the development and test phases of a project, or the support team in production.
8. Work in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Product Manager and Product Owner.
9. Participate in the newcomers onboarding process.
10. Run tests.
11. Implement test campaigns, assess defects, and substantiate the tests.
12. Monitor progress of the defect resolution.
13. Help close the test phase.
14. Provide the materials needed for drafting the minutes and the test assessment.
15. Provide useful insights that help solve development issues.
16. Capitalize on the changes made to the test repositories for their reuse in future versions.
17. Training:
18. Homologation Analysts prepare tools and carry out clients’ training with the support of his/her manager.
19. Homologation Analysts help L2 Support when needed to provide functional understanding.

1. Proven experience as business analyst.

3. Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.

6. Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
