We are looking for a Business Analyst w/ French & English, for a project based in Porto .

Mission: Ongoing project with a young and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customer requirements are understandable to the project team and programmers;
• Ensure the evolution of applications and the design of new applications, through needs assessment;
• Draw up and operationalize test acceptance criteria.
• Coordination and investment capacities
• Systematic, critical and logical thinking
• Ability to synthesize
• Be committed, demanding and pedagogical

Requirements:

• Be autonomous in the organization and planning of one's activity. Proficiency in Excel is essential (especially the Vlookup function).
• Be sensitive to the management of information systems security.
• Have previously used Service Now (user or functional administrator).
• Master remote work tools (Teams).
• Fluency in French, both oral and written, in order to be able to build an argument and hold meetings.
• Fluency in English.
• Have a sense of service and a culture of quality and rigor.
• Ability to coordinate multiple actors to solve a complex problem or find a solution to a problem.
• Analytical capacity.
• Teamwork.
• Adaptation of the discourse according to the interlocutors and the situation.
• Dynamism and responsiveness.
