Job Description

1. Gather, understand, analyze and translate user needs in detailed functional specifications
2. Participate in the translation into technical specifications in collaboration with the development teams
3. Develop and build test cases and take charge of functional tests
4. With the help from the QA team automatize the tests for
   - regression
5. Conduct qualification tests (integration and regression tests)
6. Participate in the estimation of workload required to achieve the development and unit tests
7. Contribute to the 3rd level support, including monitoring of the resolution of incidents and troubleshooting
8. Maintain a good level of documentation for all developments (JIRA, Confluence, …)
9. Learn about “Summit Software” and the rest of the IT system

Qualifications

Business Skills:

• Knowledge of Back Office workflows (clearing, confirmation, payments, accounting, …)
• Financial products knowledge: credit derivatives, interest rates derivatives, FX, and Options
• Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols

Technical Skills:

• SQL skills
• Knowledge of Summit Back Office (nice to have)

Soft Skills:

• Autonomy, verbal and written communication abilities,
  - functional coordination
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions
• Team player
• Resourcefulness and creative
  - solving skills
• English: level C1
• French level B2 (nice to have)
