About the job

The purpose of the Business Analyst is to be responsible for the functional and technical design.

Our ideal candidate for this role should have a professional background on different types of projects (business, regulatory, operational efficiency, IT transformation, technical).

We will rely on you to:

1. Be responsible to talk with different stakeholders to gather requirements;
2. Validate feature requests;
3. Define user adoptions strategy;
4. Design the functional solution, keeping with current regulations and applicable standards (architecture, security, reliability, . . . );
5. Prioritize work based on customer requirements and developer feedback;
6. Respect specifications, deadlines and project reporting.

What we're looking for:

1. +2 years of experience as Business Analyst;
2. Solid knowledge of business and strategy;
3. Experience in developing technical and functional requirements with knowledge of QA best practices;
4. Ability to analyze and build reports;
5. Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence;
6. Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
