Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
   
   - Work closely with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze business needs and requirements.
   
   - Translate
   - level business objectives into clear, actionable deliverables.
2. Business Process Modeling:
   
   - Map, document, and analyze existing business processes using tools such as BPMN or UML.
   
   - Propose optimizations to improve efficiency, eliminate redundancies, and align processes with organizational goals.
3. Requirement Management:
   
   - Define, prioritize, and validate requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
   
   - Ensure traceability of requirements from inception to delivery.
4. Communication and Stakeholder Collaboration:
   
   - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
   
   - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and align on project goals.
5. Solution Design and Testing:
   
   - Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
   
   - Participate in testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate solutions.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
   
   - Develop detailed business analysis reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders.
   
   - Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with corporate standards.

Essential Skills

• - Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• - Proficiency in business process modeling tools.
• - Knowledge of requirements management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• - Strong knowledge of data analysis tools (e. g. , SQL, Power BI or Tableau).
• - Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle.
• - Knowledge of API integrations.
• - Good knowledge of English.
