What skills do you need to have?

• Degree in Information Technology or similar;
• +3 years of experience in Business Analyst role’s;
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira or Confluence;
• Experience with Agile methodologies;
• Fluency in English.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Process mapping and business process analysis;
• Implement requirements gathering techniques using Atlassian Jira for managing user stories;
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals, gather feedback, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform
  - making and provide actionable recommendations to enhance business processes.
