Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated business analyst/specifier to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of solution architectures, excellent
- solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to define solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and business requirements.
2. Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
3. Work collaboratively with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
4. Conduct
   - is/to-be analyses and recommend best practices for business processes.
5. Document the proposed solutions.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest improvements.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
3. Understanding of solution design methodologies and UX/UI (User Experience/User Interface) practices, such as Design Thinking.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong analytical and
   - solving skills.
7. Experience in digital transformation projects is an advantage.
8. Good level of English.
9. Nice to have: French.
