Responsibilities
- Analyze data, processes and systems to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Anticipate possible challenges and proactively propose solutions.
- Propose alternatives and evaluate
- offs with different approaches. - Break down complex problems into smaller and manageable parts.
- Conduct meetings and build relationships with the stakeholders.
- Work closely with all the team members in a collaborative and helpful environment.
Skills
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of the Energy or Logistics sector.
- Innovative thinker, with strong analytical and
- solving skills. - Very good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
- Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility.
- Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
