Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our biggest clients, a renowned company in the insurance sector, recognized for its solidity and innovation. As a market leader, they are committed to offering quality solutions to our customers, driven by

What you will do:

1. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
2. Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
3. Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimizations.
4. Provide
   - user support for business applications and systems.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or clients.
6. Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
7. Assist with user training and documentation for systems or new processes.
8. Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently.
9. Document and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed.

What you are like:

1. Professional experience in Business Analysis functions in IT projects;
2. Experience with Agile methodologies;
3. Knowledge of techniques for preparing User Stories will be valued;
4. Ability to create close relationships with technology and business areas;
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills;
6. Fluency in English is required.
