We are hiring a Business Analyst to directly support the business functions in their analytical and reporting roles.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing operational control KPIs
• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing credit data
• Performing NPV analysis, analyze trends and patterns, provide insights and communicate them to the business
• The optimization of profitability of Consumer Finance products through detailed study of our clients characteristics, the risk associated to our different client segments and the conditions of the market
• The optimization of selection of clients for different commercial offers based on past behavior
• Continuous testing of the impact of new services, prices and commercial approaches over different client segments
• Control and monitoring of the entire client portfolio, detecting trends and patterns in customer behaviour
• Cross-sectional collaboration with Business Units, Risk, CRM, Marketing and Operations
• Risk Analysis
• Data mining

If you have:

• Excellent academic track record in Economics, Management, Engineering or Mathematics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge in Excel in SQL/Power
  BI
• Basic knowledge of SQL for searching and manipulating databases
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to translate complex problems into simple ideas
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proactivity and ability to quickly learn in a dynamic environment
• Interest in the finance sector and financial products
