Job Description

Business environment:

The Regulatory IT Transversal team bridges Regulatory Business requirements and IT, supporting Regulatory Activity across various Banking Systems and Regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Analyze business requirements with users and project managers to continuously enhance the systems.
2. Participate in the user requirement gathering process and conduct analysis accordingly.
3. Conduct business analysis for different projects within TRR.
4. Keep the solution’s global functional design documentation up to date.
5. Provide expertise on the complexity of proposed design, estimation on workload/timelines for our team as well as other contributors.

Business skills:

1. Knowledge of financial products: background on finance functions with an understanding of market products.
2. Financial systems: previous experience as a business analyst on IT financial systems.
3. Financial environment: first experience in the
   - office or
   - office areas.
4. Testing skills: experience performing tests (e. g. , UAT) to assure data quality.
5. Additional knowledge in accounting, trading, payments, reporting, regulatory, or derivatives systems would be advantageous.
6. Analytical and
   - oriented with strong
   - solving and project management skills.

Technical skills:

1. XML
2. SQL and database scripting
3. Nice to have: Murex (Datamart, MSL, Exchange MXML)
