What skills do you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on web projects.
• Proficiency in web technologies, including
  - end and
  - end development principles.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc. ).
• Familiarity with web development tools and platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management are advantageous.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for web projects.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed web projects.
• Create detailed project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure the technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in project planning and estimation, providing input on scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user feedback.
• Track and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.
• Stay updated with web technologies, trends, and best practices.
