We are looking for a Business Analyst!

Responsabilities:

• Business Analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements.
• Analyze and map current business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for software development teams.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions, providing clear communication and clarification when needed.
• Lead and participate in requirement review meetings with stakeholders and development teams.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily
  - ups, and retrospectives within an Agile environment.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates and reports on project progress, risks, and issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. :
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, especially Agile or Scrum.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e. g. , JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to understand and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Proficient in developing and executing test plans and cases.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) Plus.
• Good level of english.
