We are looking for a Business Controller

MAIN TASKS:

• Collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, evaluating impacts and anticipating potential issues.
• Work with stakeholders, architects, and teams to define and specify solutions, translating business needs into a clear product backlog.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to effectively communicate requirements to development teams.
• Conduct tests during the development phase, increase test automation coverage, and organize user acceptance tests with end users.
• Create and update documentation tailored to different audiences (Development, Product, Support) and deliver training sessions when needed.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a business analyst working in a context of agile software development
• Experience in translating business requirements into user stories, use cases and technical requirements.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Working knowledge of software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
• College degree (B. S. ) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas.
