Role: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Providing Local Support to users:
1. User assistance: Questions and answers, ad hoc requests;
2. Incidents: First level of diagnosis and coordination of local investigations (Other systems, Local IT, SME, Infrastructure or technological aspects), checking the right severity levels and challenging them if needed;
3. Small changes: Gathering local requests, checking severity levels, assessing solution impacts and sizing, core and standard alternatives, contributing to the Review Committees, Replenishment, Service and Product User Group.
2. Administrate local Portfolio and SILVA tool, track outputs and resolutions:
1. Raising Incidents and small changes in SILVA with the required detail description and quality, addressing questions & answers;
2. Tracking SILVA tickets until their resolution and communicating back to the users on resolution actions;
3. Performing User Acceptance Test and Mobilizing and supporting the business to allowing them closer of tickets;
4. Contributing to meetings with BAU (Business as Usual: Run Mode) Service Management team to reviewing status, updating plans and updating priorities;
5. BAU Committees, in the ad hoc meetings required, ie Quarterly closings
   - up meeting;
6. Process Review Committees/Product User Group meeting.
3. Delivering the functional design of the local features and requirements:
1. Liaising with Finance representatives (Product Owners mainly);
2. Supporting from Central Demand/Supply teams in Lisbon with Solution Expertise.
4. Contributing to project and small change deployments:
1. Coordinate gathering of requirements and local impacts analysis and performing Solution test or User;
2. Acceptance Tests (communication, tests plans, test data);
3. Updating training materials and reviewing local usage.
5. Performing solution training:
1. Training users accordingly with trainee catalogue.

Expertise:

1. Analyzing existing accounting processes & data and to troubleshoot, correcting or enhance existing solutions;
2. Service will require interacting with accounting and controlling business users as well as IT infrastructure and batch monitoring teams;
3. Expertise of SAP data model;
4. Expertise on a ticketing tool (preference = Service
   Now);
5. Developing requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including statutory requirements from various countries, analysis results and feedback from the user community;
6. Producing project deliverables and reviewing for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards;
7. Maintaining good contact with users;
8. Supporting and performing user acceptance tests with the users;
9. Collaborating in complex environments (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed team);
10. Anticipating issues and reacting promptly;
11. Managing resolution/ownership of problems and issues;
12. Collaborating effectively with business partners, challenging where appropriate to give the best solution/results;
13. Collaborating in a distributed delivery model, with near and offshore teams;
14. Expertise of SAP FI/CO accounting systems implementation is a must;
15. Expertise in SAP BW-BO, COUPA Buyer/Invoice solutions implementation is a plus;
16. Expertise of Ba
    U service delivery, for Central Templates in SAP ECC solution deployed for several countries (Central solution and local roll outs), is a plus;
17. Expertise in IT services, consulting or in IT department of a large international company is a plus;
18. English environment is mandatory;
