Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements for projects or initiatives;

- Collaborate with
- functional teams to comprehend business needs and identify improvement opportunities;

- Develop and monitor performance metrics, reporting on the progress and impacts of implemented initiatives;

- Evaluate existing business processes, workflows, and systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;

- Create detailed documentation including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flow diagrams, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders;

- Conduct analyses of processes and workflows, proposing innovative solutions for optimization.

Requirements:

- +4/5 years experience as a Business Analyst;

- Experience in banking sector;

- Good level of English (B2) and French (C1) - Mandatory;

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;

- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal abilities;

- Strong
- solving capability and critical thinking;

- Effective organization and time management skills;

- Good communication skills;

- Ability to work in a team.
